The Brotherhood of Elders Network is an intergenerational network of men of African descent whose mission is to foster environments where Black males are empowered to flourish by engaging in the following ways:

• We advocate for males of African ancestry from infancy to adulthood.
• We leverage our resources and relationships to benefit Black boys.
• We maintain cultural connections to our African heritage.
• We advance and preserve the health and wellness of our families and communities.

The Brotherhood of Elders Network is comprised of several intricate parts that each function to help us survive and thrive. We are managed by an intergenerational Leadership Council with support from a small consulting team. Most of our work on the ground is carried out by our volunteer committees.
